Description
Study of plant signaling and regulation investigates the diverse aspects of signaling at all levels of plant organization. Scope of plant signaling involves single molecule interactions, vesicle recycling, signaling through organelles and dynamic actin cytoskeletons as well as the response of plant organs to external stimuli and the response of whole plant to the circadian clock and pathogens. Aim of the research is to get a better understanding of the complex relations between these processes.
